Returns Policy

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 working days* following the day you receive the goods by completing our Returns Form.

* working days means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please note: Parts that have specially ordered (for example left hand drive products) are non returnable.

How The Returns Process Works

1). Contact Us using this form (click here) and complete our Returns Request Form
2). We will contact you and give you details on how to return your order
3). You must pay all return carriage costs (except for when an item has been supplied in error)
4). Your items must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
5). Please allow up 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return

Please do not return any item to us before completing this form.

Refunds Policy

A full refund of your purchase price (with original delivery charge) will be completed, subject to receiving the goods back in satisfactory condition and following the Returns process above.

We will only refund your order to the same payment card used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.

Please allow up to 7 working days for a refund to show on your account.

    Cheapest genuine boot liner when ordered. Received several updates from the company via email about order and dispatch. The item arrived well packaged and in perfect condition . Would definitely use again.

    Was rolled up in its packaging and has a crease in the plastic it’s like a stress mark on the surface. The it fits well and will definitely protect the floor space from muck, spills and debris if ever needed for that purpose.

    Great service, arrived in a couple of working days.
    I was not impressed with the way it was packaged however. The boot liner was badly folded and was creased. I had to heat it with a heat gun to get it to flatten out again.
