Returns Policy

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 working days* following the day you receive the goods by completing our Returns Form.

* working days means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please note: Parts that have specially ordered (for example left hand drive products) are non returnable.

How The Returns Process Works

2). We will contact you and give you details on how to return your order
3). You must pay all return carriage costs (except for when an item has been supplied in error)
4). Your items must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
5). Please allow up 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return

Please do not return any item to us before completing this form.

Refunds Policy

A full refund of your purchase price (with original delivery charge) will be completed, subject to receiving the goods back in satisfactory condition and following the Returns process above.

We will only refund your order to the same payment card used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.

Please allow up to 7 working days for a refund to show on your account.

    Have bought other white interior trims and this complements it off and the gear knob looks and feels better than stock item, very pleased. As always first class ordering and delivery very efficient and friendly.

    I have purchased a few items including this one. Excellent product, speedy delivery and good price. The communications is almost perfect, although my last parts query to them has had no answer, I think due to it not being a straightforward query !! But still a good service.
