Returns Policy

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 working days* following the day you receive the goods by completing our Returns Form.

* working days means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please note: Parts that have specially ordered (for example left hand drive products) are non returnable.

How The Returns Process Works

1). Contact Us using this form (click here) and complete our Returns Request Form
2). We will contact you and give you details on how to return your order
3). You must pay all return carriage costs (except for when an item has been supplied in error)
4). Your items must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
5). Please allow up 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return

Please do not return any item to us before completing this form.

Refunds Policy

A full refund of your purchase price (with original delivery charge) will be completed, subject to receiving the goods back in satisfactory condition and following the Returns process above.

We will only refund your order to the same payment card used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.

    Simple to fit but it would have helped if there was instructions included to determine the critical setting out point to achieve a uniform appearance. I got it wrong at my first attempt using the curve of the bumper . This resulted in an uneven gap when the boot was closed. Fortunately I managed to remove and reposition the guard without damaging the tape. Setting out the guard with the boot lid closed gave a very much better result. Apart from the above, very pleased with the product and service you provided.
